Made without the 10 most common hazardous chemicals in nail polish: Formaldehyde, Toluene, Parabens, Camphor, Formaldehyde Resin, Dibutyl Phalate (DBP), Xylene, Phthalates, Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP), Tert-Butyl Hydroperoxide (TBHP), Ethyl Tosylamide.

 

Does To Be Frank test on animals?

No. Never.

 

Is To Be Frank certified cruelty-free?

Yes. Leaping Bunny Certified.

Does To Be Frank donate to charity?

Yes. A portion of all proceeds go to the Ali Forney Center, a homeless shelter in New York City for LGBTQ+ teens.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, nail polish is flammable and can only ship via Ground services.

 

How long does a bottle of To Be Frank last?

All nail polish has a 2 year shelf life (who knew!?)

 

How long does To Be Frank take to dry?

Dries in 5 minutes. 

 

How many coats of To Be Frank polish do I need?

Many of our shades are so thick that you only need 1 coat. But 2 coats will do the trick.

 

Do I need a top coat?

We recommend using Plastic Wrap as your base coat and top coat, but all To Be Frank polishes have built-in shine. 

 
Why is To Be Frank so expensive?

To Be Frank's oversized bottles have custom-made caps, vegan polishes made in small batches in the U.S.A., which all costs more to produce.

 

Is To Be Frank just for men?

No, To Be Frank is made for everyone.
